She graduated with honors from the four year accredited Naturopathic program at the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Arizona. She obtained an undergraduate degree in Music from Queens College in New York in piano and voice and enjoyed teaching piano for several years before entering the naturopathic profession. She is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and has taught classes for several years. She has great interest in eastern philosophies and practices such as yoga and ayurveda and likes to incorporate the lessons she’s learned into her daily life and clinical practice.
In her free time she enjoys being with her husband, playing piano and being in nature. In her own life, she has found it necessary to find simplicity in an overly complex world in order to be balanced, productive and enjoy life. Her goal is to help her patient’s find their own way to do the same.

As the basis of each session, her goal is to find the root cause of each health complaint and to increase the body’s natural abilities to heal so that her patients are able to alleviate pain, sleep better, have more energy, and live healthier lives. Dr. Urban earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine and Masters of Oriental Medicine from National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. In 2001, she returned to her native Wisconsin and founded Gentle Healing Acupuncture and Natural Medicine in Eagle River. Dr. Urban blends the tools of both naturopathic and oriental medicine to meet the patient's individual needs and assist them in their healing. Dr. Willfahrt is available at Priority Physical Therapy, Inc. on Saturdays. She provides wellness lectures most Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and the public is welcome. She blends her knowledge of modern medicine with naturopathic and ancient Chinese medicine to help patients address or prevent illness and acheive wellness.
Dr. Willfahrt works with her patients to set goals and create a wellness treatment plan empowering her patients to reach their optimum health. Dr. Willfahrt recommends the use of herbs and other naturopathic modalities, but relies largely on nutrition and lifestyle as a means to restoring and maintaining health. She works in cooperation with other health care providers to provide the best care for the patient.
Dr. Willfahrt graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona in 2000 and maintains a naturopathic license in Arizona. She works as a RN Case Manager during the week, assisting patients in goal setting and acheiving healthy lifestyle change.
